ACCOUNT DELETION PROCEDURE FOR ODWADINI USERS
At ODWADINI, we highly value your privacy and data protection. To empower our users with control over the information they’ve shared with us during account creation, we have established a seamless account deletion process.
Users can initiate the account deletion request either through our Odwadini Android mobile app or by filling out the deletion request form accessible here. The form requires users to input their Name, Email, Phone number, Business name and their Role.
Process for Account Deletion:
Businesses, using the mobile app, can request account deletion, leading to the temporary removal of their personal details for 30 days. ODWADINI staff will contact the Business owner and user within this period, ensuring the deletion request was intentional. After the 30-day window, the details are permanently deleted. Records in the system from the deleted user are kept unless the business administrator explicitly requests their deletion.
Mobile App Account Deletion Steps:
- Log in to the App
- Click the sidebar to access the main menu.
- Select "Delete Account."
- Confirm with "Yes."
- Your account is temporarily deleted, and within 30 days, it will be permanently removed.
